Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Develop software tools used in various ATE (Automated Test Equipment ) applications

•   Debug the software interface drivers for ATE Applications

•   Provide reports to the project team on the progress of activities

•   Provides technical consultation to Teradyne customers to improve production yield and/or resolve test application issues

•   Project assignments include test time reduction, correlation, GRR to release test solution into high volume manufacturing

•   Travel maybe required to customer sites during project deployment

Education and Experience:

•   A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

•    Programming experience on Teradyne IGXL platform or other ATE platforms an advantage

•   5 years of experience in semiconductor analog/digital test development

•   Candidates with less than 5 years of experience will be considered for mid-level engineering positions

•   Being proficient in C, C# ,Visual Basic, .net programming is an advantage
