NOC Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for the daily supervision of the NOC to ensure that all performance and contractual requirements are being met.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administers staff and service functions that provide 24x7 support and service to the organization.Oversees operations and administrations of the organization’s internal/external escalation chain with proactive status to clients.  Supervises 6 or more associates in jobs with network, systems administration and DBA.  Conducts performance evaluation of members.  Recommends solutions to a variety of day-to-day challenges. Includes root cause analysis.

Job Specifications:

More than 3 years of experience leading a NOC and/or Service desk functionFunctional understanding of network support, systems administrations and database activities.Working experience in supporting 24x7 mission critical network and server operations with familiarity to Ticketing system.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
