职位描述
Key Responsibilities
Customer help desk for resolution of service faults and support cases.Space Segment, Teleport, and IP Network monitoring.Fault management by direct intervention and escalation to back-office support teams.Customer coordination and scheduling for network planned and unplanned maintenance activities.Support for VSAT terminal registration and testing.Service commissioning for new service activations, upgrades and major re-routes.Configuration and testing of space segment and managed data services (works orders).Support for the resolution of long-term service performance issues.Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of ABS space segment capacity.Support and resolution of customer faults and interference cases.Management of adjacent satellite Interference cases.Large earth stations registration and testing.Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications EngineeringExcellent customer facing skills. The ability to provide the customer with confidence in the ABS products and support services.Strong written, verbal reporting skills. Able to interact at all levels.Desire to learn and determination to contributeExperience with Satellite communications, telecommunications, internet service provision, satellite equipment manufacturers.Knowledge in some or all the following areas:Hub and remote earth station hardware and functionalitySatellites access techniques and link parameters.Satellite access procedures, remote terminal testing, service line up, and troubleshooting.link budget calculationsRF Interference Analysis and ManagementRF and data test and measurement equipment and monitoring platformsTCP/IP fundamentals, commonly used network protocols, LAN & WAN troubleshooting skills, and use of networking tools and monitoring platforms (CCNA qualification is preferred).Newly graduates are most welcome to apply.Salary & Working Environment
