职位描述
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, responsible for building plan facility maintenance, management and supervision of projects as well as the implementation, monitoring and control of safety and environmental factors or stresses arising in or from the workplace that may affect the health and safety conditions of the employees and the environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitors, maintains and controls the building plant facilities and equipments of the company.
a. evaluates and makes recommendations in the improvements of current system.
b. Analyzes the problems and formulates counter measures.
c. Makes the necessary coordination with end-users, suppliers and contractors.
d. Ensures that the company complies with all the government prescribed regulations and specifications are met and within corporate and local code standards.
e. Provides technical support and assistance to the different departments whenever necessary.
Oversees the implementation of the safety policies and procedures of the company.Coordinates the monitoring of workplace environments.Performs internal auditing for EMS.Acts as a liaison in different regulatory government agencies whenever necessary.Conducts evaluation of company premises and equipment to ensure that safety standards are met and followed.Formulates preventive and corrective actions, system changes and improvements for all safety concerns encountered by employees.Prepares monthly safety reports.Acts as Safety Engineer of the company. Functions as Pollution Control Officer of the company.Monitors the performance of his team members and provides guidance and training whenever necessary.Ensures that effective 5S is implemented in the workplace. Performs and participates in all corporate quality, productivity, continuous improvement, occupational safety and health, environmental initiatives and programs.Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Graduate;Registered Electrical Engineer and with licensed;With at least three (3) years of working experience in a manufacturing set- up as Engineer;With knowledge in processing of permit and other government related documents;Knowledgeable in AutoCad (2D & 3D) and Solid works;Willing to work in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and can start immediately;One (1) full time position available.
