Understand the customers’ claim system, payment policies, and integration data elements managed for total payment accuracy
Ideally, the PAA should have:
Consulting or Client-facing experience
Medical claims experience within payor environment, preferred
Some level of understanding medical, healthcare, and medical coding terminologies.
