职位描述
JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate Engineer, Test Development Engineering is responsible for designing, developing and implementing cost-effective test solutions for Manufacturing across ATE platforms to address tester capacity constraints. The platform conversions should guarantee high level of quality and manufacturability in testing products according to test methods and specifications. He/she should also develop diagnostic programs to support test and measurements quality and innovate to extend ATE systems capabilities and explore new test methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge in software programming using Visual Basic, C/C++ or LabView programming
• Solid background in electronics, circuit analysis and product understanding of ADCs, DACs and/or RF
• Strong knowledge in IC test and measurements systems and methods
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
