New Managed WLAN SharePoint service page

Review structure based on wiki pageReview & update wiki page using the current available content and documentsMaintain and fix possible issues on Managed WLAN SharePoint siteWorks with WLAN Service Engineering team to validate content and make all required adjustments

Managed WLAN Service Release 5 support

External and Internal SharePoint site builddocumentation review and updateSharePoint forms creation and testingWorks with WLAN Service Engineering team to validate content and make all required adjustmentsWorks on Wireless LAN controller replacement project (onboarding to Release 5)Act as a project engineer to track and assist with performing the required configurations to replace Wireless LAN Controller

Work on Custom SSID compliance project

Works as part of the WLAN Service Engineering team to follow up with sites and track the Pre-Shared Key replacement processUpdate and maintain the correct information regarding replacement status using internal toolsUpdates all forms with up-to-date site contact informationMaintains valid information regarding site location and Business Group information

Customize Cisco Smart Licensing Portal

Create and maintain all required logical structure inside Cisco Smart Licensing portal following the Emerson standard design model

Work on creating predictive Site Survey following Emerson requirements and standards

Learn basic principles of RF design and principlesParticipate in Training sessions provided by the WLAN Service Engineering teamTake periodic evaluation test for RF design and principlesParticipate in Wireless deployment calls and meetingsObtain working knowledge with Air Magnet and Ekahau Survey tools

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor of Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT related field of study/equivalent experienceAt least 1 year of working experience as WLAN Network Engineer is required for this positionKnowledge on the following is a plus:Wireless LAN ControllerAccess PointCisco Prime / DNA Center InfrastructureCisco Smart Account LicensingMicrosoft SharePointResource Requirements:Strong Communication SkillsGood documentation SkillsAbility to work well within a teamAbility to identify priorities and produce desired resultsWilling to work in Quezon City on shifting schedulesCCNA is an advantage
