General QualificationsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervises and performs specific assigned tasks during product receiving, storage and handling, and product distribution in a safe, secure, efficient, and timely manner.Ensures readiness / reliability of product handling and storage equipment at all times.Line administration over regular technicians and contracted staff.Assists the Terminal Manager in planning activities, in assigning and scheduling staff to meet various work duties within the terminal, and in supervising various work teams.Performs as on-site HSE officer and field engineer for construction-related projects. Approves work permits.Conducts proper shift turnover to the supervisor of the next shift.Recommends and implements approved sanctions on erring subordinates, drivers and contractors.Accounting of delegated petty cash fund and transmittal to head office for replenishment.Takes charge of the terminal Emergency Response Team in the absence of the General Santos Terminal Manager.Officer in-charge in the absence of Terminal ManagerOther tasks may assign to him by management
