Project Manager

JOB RESPonSIBILITIESEnsure that projects are delivered on time, on or below budget, and to the agreed specification, especially in terms of quality and quantities.Administer, develop, maintain, and control all project-related documents.Develop & maintain project scope, schedule, and manpower & resources (internal & external) allocation planning.Ensure all project cost activities, budgets and forecasts comply with company requirements.Improving the scope and margin (base and variation order) of the project.Maintain up-to-date technical and commercial reports (internal and external) on projects.Manage all contractual and commercial claims from sub-contractors including preparing and negotiating detailed assertions and cost changes and schedule changes.Maintain a safe and secure job site and ensure all permitting and compliance regulations are met.To monitor and supervise the site construction works to ensure that all works of the project are carried out in accordance with the order requirements, drawings, and project time scheduleCoordination of specified tasks within various disciplines (engineering, fabrication, etc) and support of the sales team.Consistently demonstrates professional skills in structuring assigned activities, creativity, teamwork, communications, operational efficiencies, handling of a client’s changing needs, decision-making, and analyzing and solving problems.Carries out and ensures a good filing system for electronic and hard copy documents and is easily retrievable.  Performs relevant tasks assigned by Superior from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTSThe candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, Electrical) or equivalent.With a minimum of 5 years of working experience with good exposure to large-scale projects, preferably in a related industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCapable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines with high-quality outputAbility to multitask, team-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.Good command of English is added advantage.Willing to travel and work on-site.
