Building Facility Engineer

Monitoring of the station facility work installation, testing, and maintenance of the contractor, major tasks are to realize the safe and stable operation of conveyance systems of MRT3.

Monitoring and Supervision of the Project Implementation and Maintenance of the following MRT3 Building and Facilities Equipment:

·       Preventive and corrective maintenance and daily functional checkups of all escalators from stations 1 to 13 along the mainline.

·       Preventive and corrective maintenance and daily functional checkups of all Elevators from Station 1 to 13 along the mainline and at the depot area.

·       Preventive and corrective maintenance of all Air-conditioning units from Station 1 to 13 along the mainline and depot entire area.

·       Preventive maintenance of all Sump Pumps on all stations along the mainline

·       Preventive maintenance of all fire alarm systems along the mainline and at depot premises.

·       Preventive and corrective maintenance of the structural integrity of all stations and premises at the depot.

·       Preventive and corrective maintenance of Lighting, Water Sewerage, Water Supply, and ventilation system at stations and depot complex.

·       Supervision and monitoring of all projects related to MRT3 building and facilities.

·       Act as an Emergency crew during emergency situation wherein the operation of MRT3 is hampered by natural disasters, calamities, or any abnormal situation so that service interruption will resume in the shortest possible time.

Qualification

1.     Graduate of Electrical Engineer or any relevant field

2.     Experience in a related field for at least 5 years.
