Fixed Asset and Compliance Manager

The Fixed Asset and Facilities Compliance Manager is mainly tasked to be the key custodian of all company physical assets from acquisition to disposal. Record cost of all newly acquired fixed and moveable assets, maintain records of assets, ensure capitalization, maintenance, utilization and disposal throughout the asset’s life cycle.Handles internal and external affairs related to facilities compliance by facilitating permits, licensing, certifications and agreement management. Leads initiatives related to resource conservation or maximization through regular analysis and monitoring of utilization, billings and subscriptions. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Others) or equivalent.Required skill(s): Fixed asset management, Government Compliance, Resource Conservation, Project ManagementAt least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
