Key Task Responsibilities

Check tools, equipment, test interface hardware and device for evaluationConduct new product evaluations, monitor results, gather data and submit items for FA.Ensure supportability on assigned shift thru coordination with customer’s equipment engineers to ensure systems are well tuned.Ensure factual data is extracted, managed and available.Maintain established systematic data collection and provide feedback to Sales Engineer.Assist Sales Engineer in coordinating material request on new product development or special projects.Collate, propose and recommend improvements to Engineering from daily activities/observation.Assist in coordinating trainings with OEM and peripherals to enhance current skills.Identify developmental needs to uplift or specialize in skills needed in the evaluation.Ensure regular reports to Sales Engineer and Engineering are published for internal reviews and updates. (i.e. shift reports)
