Responsible for the establishment, development, and management of PASAR SafeWork Systems and Safety StandardsConduct gap analysis for new or updated requirements of SafeWork Systems and Safety StandardsReview, amend, or update existing SafeWork procedure, guidelines and formsDevelop required documentation for the implementation of new SafeWork Systems and Safety Standard requirementsCommunicate changes to SafeWork Systems and Safety Standards to all concernedPerform risk assessment and bow tie analysis following the risk and critical control management frameworkFacilitate SafeWork and Environment Leadership Program meetings and discussionsConduct regular audit and verification in the field to measure the effectiveness of the implemented systems and critical controlsManage and monitor the conduct of leader’s values interactions including verificationsSupport and participate in the conduct of various internal and external auditsProvide technical assistance to PASAR departments in relation to SafeWork Systems and Safety StandardsEnsures on-boarding SafeWork presentation are updated

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in any field

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

·       Desirable: Accredited DOLE OSH Practitioner or Safety Officer 1, 2, or 3
