QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical EngineeringPassed the PRC board examMust have at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Technical Assistant.Possesses good time management skills.Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret technical dataAbility to work in a high-pressure environmentCandidate must be willing to work in Quezon CityMust be willing to start ASAP.One (1) Full-time position available.

JOB SUMMARY: The Construction Technical Assistant Aids Construction Division in the monitoring of ongoing Projects.

 DETAILED JOB DEscriptION: 1.    Assist Construction Division in the monitoring of ongoing Projects.2.    Liaise, schedule, and attend meetings with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the projects.3.    Monitor Commitments discussed in the meeting.4.    Ensure that Project Status Monitoring is updated.5.    Handles and updates Issue Tracking Registry.6.    Monitor Project Billing.7.    Assist in the preparation of business letters, reports, and presentation materials.8.    Schedule and attend Construction Division Meeting, as necessary9.    Prepare Minutes of Meeting, as necessary.10. Provides other related duties as may be required. LOCATION & COMMITMENTS

Permanent full-time role based at Quezon City Office, Monday – Friday (48 hours a week)Visit the Site, as necessary.Overtime may be required to ensure commitments are delivered on time.Weekend work is rare but occasionally be necessary
