TOOLKEEPER

Primarily responsible for issuing, receiving, monitoring and safe keeping of hand tools, power tools and other equipment in workshopKeep track and inventory of all toolsMonitor damaged and replaces existing toolsMaintain and update records of tool room equipment, tools and kits issued and returnedEnsure return of issued tools, kits and equipment back to the tool room after useOrganize tools and equipment on shelves and racks for easy accessMaintain tool room equipment manuals, processes and operational guidelinesMust make sure that the tool room is clean, neat and orderlyKeep abreast of advance technologies in tools and equipment designsFamiliar with different hand tools, power tools and other equipments used in constructionMust have basic knowledge in determining if the tools or equipments are in good working conditionCheck for damages or unusable condition of tools and equipmentsDetail oriented and highly organized in maintaining accountability, inventory, serviceability of tools, materials and consumablesHave the discipline and firmness in imposing the procedures in the storing, managing in the release and returning of the tools and equipments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Electrical/electronics graduateMust have at least 2 years intensive experience in repairing power tools and other equipmentsHighly organized and has effective time managementHonest and hard workingFirm in imposing policies of the departmentEquipped with computer skills (word, excel, etc)Resourceful, persistent and has initiative
