Finance and Accounting Senior Analyst | Deduction Management (EH 916)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review, research, track and document all types of deductions made by customerResponsible in gathering relative information to deductions thru calls or emailsevaluate, investigate and validate types of deductions based on supporting documentsAccurately process all types of deductions via SAP System in accordance with client policy Resolve deduction issues & follow escalation procedures on a timely mannerReview approvals and rejections submittedAssist in proof of delivery retrieval for deduction Prepare and submit reports relative to deductions processingAttend to queries and request made by Collectors & Sales Accounts Rep Provide ad hoc analysis and summaries of information as requestedEscalate challenges encountered to managementPerform quality validation using QA ParametersEnsure that set KPI’s/Metrics/SLA’s are met on a timely mannerResponsible in complying with Accenture Standard Operational Maturity

Qualifications:

Graduate of Finance, Accounting or any Accounting related courseMust have at least 5 years of experience in Finance and AccountingMust have Deduction Management experience/backgroundFlexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
