Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze and identify opportunities to eliminate or reduce wasteful practices and optimize process performance.evaluate and analyze current process metrics and performance to identify areas requiring improvementsWork with management to identify process improvement opportunitiesWork with various teams to institute process changes for improvement.Review and update business procedures and documents based on project requirementsDevelop standard procedures, guidelines and policies necessary to ensure process sustainabilityFacilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved resultsConduct audit to verify compliance to the standard procedures, guidelines and policies

Minimum Requirement:

A graduate of Industrial EngineeringWith at least one (1) year of working experience in a manufacturing set-upExperienced in leading and coordinating improvement projectsPassion to continually innovative to pursue process improvement-
