Job Description

Performs Time and Motion Study, Systems Analysis and Process ImprovementComputes and reviews capacities for both manufacturing lines and logistics operations. Works with various supply chain departments to optimize/rationalize or increase capacity to cater for Peak Season surges or long-term increases in customer demand requiring additional commissaries/depots.Find productivity/efficiency improvements in the supply chain processEstablishes and reviews process flows and other relevant management information system strategies to effectively understand and respond to methods of suppliers as well as external customersCollaborates with Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Merchandising Departments for enforcement/continuous improvement of operational policies in promoting cost efficiencyAdministers regular audits to ensure optimum service achievement and customer satisfactionDrive Continuous Improvement projects using Data Analytics techniques and toolsTo assist Management in decision-making problems whether strategic, tactical, or operational using Industrial Engineering tools and techniques. Drives efficiency across supply chain processesOther duties pertaining to external services may be assigned as deemed necessary by the immediate superior

Job Qualifications

Must be a Graduate of Industrial EngineeringWith at least 1 year of relevant IE experience and was involved in a continuous improvement projectCertified Industrial Engineer is an advantageGood communication skillsWilling to work on a shifting scheduleWilling to work on extended hours, weekends and holidays if needed
