Plans, directs, organizes and supervises all the activities of the Environment of Care Department to be the primary institutional resource in overseeing, facilitating, developing and supporting implementation of operational and maintenance improvement, policies, and procedures that promote, enhance and sustain operational quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
