职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
The Multi- skilled technicians is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the property’s electrical and mechanical systems, carpentry, plumbing, etc.. Below is the detailed scope of works:
Responsible for the preventive maintenance and general cleaning of property equipment and facilities.
Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the following property equipment and facilities:
Air- conditioning System
Drainage System
Fire Protection and Fire Alarm System
Electrical System
Water and Sewerage System
Other Facilities on Site.
Conducts daily electrical consumption monitoring of the whole apartment (mother meter) and tenants occupied spaces(individual meter).
Conducts Utilities readings.
Conducts equipment repairs.
Inspects and performs routine check up of mechanical Facilities of the property, and initiate repair when needed.
Performs related mechanical works, plumbing and other related repairs needed for the facilities of the property.
Attend to Service Calls of Tenants.
Attend to PM schedule of major equipment/facilities.
Implement PM programs for the maintenance electrical, mechanical and plumbing fixtures of the property
Daily monitoring of temperatures and water levels of tanks/reservoir.
Assist Contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance.
Coordinates with Building Engineer for instructions.
Attends to other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
