Continuous Improvement Engineer

    1. Implement processes improvements project using DMAIC, PDCA etc methodology

    2. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing by implementing 5s, Kaizen, 7QC tools, TPM, etc.

    3. Experienced of lean manufacturing tools and statistical process control.

    4. Contribute to the 5S initiative to ensure that improvements are sustained and entrenched within the business.

    5. Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes.

    6. Perform weekly Gemba walk to promote 5S to ensure factory GMP.

    7. Reducing production losses and yield losses and increase productivity applying Kaizen workshop.

    8. To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking

    9. To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions

    10.To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of               unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working

    11. To elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements              workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis

   12. To actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solution to address in advance 

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Minimum accredited Lean Six SigmaMinimum 3-5 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
