Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial EngineeringMinimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume manufacturing facilityResponsible in making Production Schedule of Machining base on forecast (External Shipment and In-house requirement)Monitor the progress of external shipment daily.Make a capacity simulation that will be the reference of major adjustment and decision making.Analyze production plan and initiate load balancing, coordinates to PE for plan related request.Coordinate to warehouse for the issuance of PTS to be use in the productionReports any abnormalities and discrepancies encountered in his section to his immediate superior, for their awareness.Flexible in doing the task of other team members in case of absence.Maintain good relationship towards others, perform task assign by superior and Initiate improvement
