Qualifications:

-       Graduate of Bachelors’ Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or Management/Supply Chain or any other engineering field

-       At least 1-2 years’ work experience in Manufacturing Industry

-       Computer Literate

-       Good oral and written communications skills

-       Has the ability in planning, organizing, controlling and people management

Duties and Responsibilities:

-       Monitors and creates Job Orders/Work Orders for all unfilled Sales Orders.

-       Prepares the production schedule for the open work orders.

-       Monitors and controls inventory for finished goods and raw materials.

-       Coordinates and controls subcontractor activities.

-       Maintains quality and internal records and other necessary documents.

-       Analyzes optimum utilization of materials, machines and manpower.
