ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring improvement on production efficiency in terms of operation, lay-out, material handling, inventory and others.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish and continuously monitor the standard time (TS) for all modelsEnsures successful packaging design by evaluating the packaging materials and introducing improvements on existing packaging design and devising new packaging for new models.Prepares necesssary documents related to improvement, line set-up, new model, TS, Packaging and other related requirementsProvides continuous support on cost saving projects and line improvement activities such as Packaging, Layout and other similar activities (Value Engineering Projects, KAIZEN and QCC.)Establish layout for both production and office areasIncrease line efficiency by reducing downtime and introducing process improvementsConducts Line Capacity check for all lines and processesEnsures that all neccesary items needed for machine set-up are checked and readyEnsures that Capital Equipment are in place

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering coursePreferably with knowledge in Time and Motion study/ AutoCAD
