PPIC SPECIALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:

Generating Master Production Schedules and Production OrdersForecasting inventory requirements of materials, both RMs and PMsOptimizing inventory levels as well as helping the organization evaluate and implement inventory management in the ERP systemSchedule and direct Production Planning Meeting and track production lead times and sales forecastsSchedule and direct Production planning Meeting and Track Production performance to schedule.Coordinate production material requirements with Purchasing to assure adequate inventory of raw materials and packaging componentsAdministers/Creates Purchase Requisition of needed materials.Analyze capacity and resource requirements and coordinate necessary adjustmentsDevelop and update regularly Bill of Material (BOM) for all production processesDevelop and update regularly Routing and Work centers for all production processes.Responsible for accurate raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory levels, accuracy of product data for finished product.Responsible for preparation of pertinent reports at the end of the month

Job Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Production/Capacity Planning, Flexible and Proactive, Keen to details, Proficient in SAPExperience in manufacturing industry is an advantageWilling to relocate in Imus CaviteSoon will transfer in Malolos Bulacan
