Job Description:
Marketing Specialist for Meralco, Affiliates, MPIC and External clients. He/she is responsible for handling existing accounts and sourcing for prospective clients and projects that will benefit the company. He/she ensures a strong and long lasting relationship with our clients.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Identify market potential by qualifying accounts
• Identify emerging markets which the company can expand to
• Expand revenues from existing accounts
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements
• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
• PREPARATION OF BID PROPOSALS
• Establish, improve and manage customer relationships and creates sales leads
• Supervise revision of pre-qualification documents, marketing collaterals and similar documents on prospective projects
• Monitor and work closely with concerned organizations to track status of cost estimates, proposals and contracts for timely submission to clients
• Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
• Market the company’s products and services, and if needed, research, survey, analyze customer feedback for product development
• evaluate and review documents and records required in Quality Management System
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably a graduate of Electrical or Industrial EngineeringBusiness course graduates are also welcome to applyWith at least 3 years relevant work experience handling marketing, sales and business developmentExperience working in a similar industry (Engineering & Construction) is a PLUSMust have a pleasing personalityExcellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in handling direct reports is a plusAmenable to work in Anonas, Quezon City and/or Ortigas, Pasig City
