Assist in handling make-readies in a timely manner and perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.Assist in maintaining inventory of parts & supplies. Ensure 24-hour emergency maintenance coverage.Diagnose and perform maintenance/repair including: A/C and heating systems; electrical and plumbing systems; water and sewer lines; stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings; roofing, gutters; tile, carpet, flooring; fireplaces, ceiling fans, appliances; shutters, doors, cabinets, windows; boilers, gas and electric; walls and ceilings; security systems; pool area, tile, spa; check/install/re-key locks; etc.Maintain accessible, accurate records pertaining to: service requests; preventative maintenance; safety systems; repair/replacement of major equipment; utility cutoffs, sewer clean-outs.SAGASS Consulting offers:
