-With at least Six (6) Months to 3 years relevant work experience.
-Preferably has experience in Italian and Western cuisine (Pastas, salads, Sandwiches and entrees)
- Can start immediately
-Understands and utilized food safety guidelines.
-Willing to work on extended hours and/or shifting assignments.
-Highly organized, systematic, flexible and can work under pressure
-Knowledgeable on inventory and tracking methods
-Is healthy and free of Illnesses
-Must enjoy working with the being part of a family-team that practices unity and camaraderie
-Must practice the value of Humility , Simplicity and diligence
-Must have the desire to build a steady a long-term career, as well as the ambition to be promoted to higher positions.
-Sets up station for the various meal periods according to performance standard
