Job Summary:
The Order Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible to ensure accurate quantity and quality of items served to customers. Supervises all order fulfillment and warehouse responsibilities such as safety, quality, cost control, while also driving continuous improvement and optimization of warehouse operation processes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory safe keeping and handling of stocks within the picking area.
• Oversee daily order fulfillment process from picking, tagging and packaging process.
• Assign and allocate manpower to process orders and achieve service level agreement.
• Submit monthly order fulfillment report
• Assists the Order Fulfillment Manager to create and champions policies and process that would ensure effective and efficient order fulfillment workflow
.• Together with the OF Manager, create and implement solutions to reduce order mis-picks, damages and transit time delays
• Work closely with fulfillment warehouse manager to optimize fulfillment speed and cost
• Prepare and distribute various reports needed for day to day operations.
• Train, monitor, motivate and coach warehouse team and order processors
• Provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assure the security of the facility and the integrity of the inventory
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, warehouse area, and work stations neat; Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Responsible to other tasks completion that may be assigned from time to time.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly data driven and technology-enabled
• Strong analytical skills with understanding in operational system

Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Warehouse or equivalent.At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Cupang, Alabang, onsite and with Saturday scheduleSupervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
