Job description
Manage the calendar and commitments of the CEO and Sr. Management to maximize productivity in line with priorities and focus. Communicate on behalf of the Management team, gatekeeper, and liaison between stakeholders in the company, team members & board. Monitor and track internal deliverables and commitments from the Sr. management teamResponsible for the creation, organization, execution, and completion of assigned projects.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution Manage ad-hoc and special projects within the group of companies focusing on business development and service delivery.Manage and coordinate hub development, expansion, and pre-opening of new hubs.Identify opportunities and partners for new hubs.Qualifications
Must be a college graduate4+ years experience in an administrative role reporting directly to CEO and upper managementSuperb written and verbal communication skillsMust be fluent in the English languageStrong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at onceProficient in GSuite and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systemsFlexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challengeAbility to keep company confidence
