QA/QC for Building WorkI.  PRIMARY PURPOSE: The QA/QC Engineer for Building Work will be accountable for the quality and workmanship of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes. Practically, we want to require public building work (e.g. Station, Terminal, City Hall, etc.)II.  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.  Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and test on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes2.  Review the quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all projects specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of material3.  Assist employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.4. Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection. III.  EDUCATION, T TECHNICAL CAPABILITY, AND CAREERBachelor’s Degree in EngineeringLicenseWith at least 3 years of experience30-40 y/o IV.  JOB DEscriptIONØ  In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards, and codes.Ø Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ø Superb mathematical, time management, and organizational abilities.Ø Excellent communications and collaboration skillsØ Availability to perform construction site visits, outside of business hours, when relevantØ Ensure works are carried out as per the contract drawings and specificationØ Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records able to attend meetings/deal with the client/inspectors if the site manager cannot attendV.       KEY SKILLSØ       Strong analytical and planning skillsØ       Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
