The HR Business Partner is a leadership role that acts as a trusted consultant to the leadership team in the assigned line of business (LOB) in areas of HR; including employee relations, employee benefits, policy creation, HR administrative services, workforce planning, among others.
The HR Business Partner works hand in hand with the HR Manager in the design, development and implementation of HR programs.
Qualifications:
Essential:
Must have a minimum of 4 years experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner interacting directly with Business Leaders in a challenging and fluid environment.With experience with a range of complex Industrial InstrumentsWith Experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent ManagementMust have facilitation skills and experience with large teams of Managers/EmployeesMust have working knowledge of Labor LawsWith excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent organisational skillsWorks well with a teamMust be flexible and adaptableMust be excellent in communication/negotiation (written and verbal)Highly analyticalAble to use appropriate data to underpin decision makingWilling to work full time both in-office and in a remote capacityDesirable:
