This position support efficient and accurate credit evaluation and helps minimize the Bank's credit risk by:
determining the acceptability of collateral based on Bank's Appraisal Guidelines;Estimating the market value of real estate properties being used as loan collateral;Conduct title verification report/review, to ascertain the Title's acceptability.Specific Duties and Tasks:
Property Appraisal
Receiving and examining submitted documents and coordinating with clients for schedule of field inspection;Preparing of lot plotting of property based on technical description from Title;Conducting ocular inspection of the property, taking measurements of land and improvements, observing neighborhood conditions and physical attributes of property, taking pictures of the property;Making market data survey with classified listings, banks, appraisal companies, bank data file to establish market value.Review of reports done by ESP and other internal Appraisers.Verifications
Verify with the tax mapping from the Assessor's Office to validate property's exact location;Verify and secure copies from the LRA/LMB for approved survey plans, if necessary;Obtain certified true copy of Title with the Register of Deeds upon request.Report Preparation
Appraisal report preparation done in Excel or LAS;Home based reports sent through e-mail and uploaded in LASPrepares tax liability and title verification reports and uploaded in LASMonitoring of Accounts and other function
Monitoring received accounts and keeping tag on due dates of each.
