Job Description:
To conduct client-training on usage and best practices for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Freshworks products and monday.com Most training will be online based but there may be occasions where training may have to be on-site.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to learn course materials and products you have to provide training forMust be able to create your own training materialsMust be able to design training modules from basic, advanced and custom to client requirementsMust be able to design assessment examsOrganize and maintain repository of training materialsAssist new clients with onboarding and scoping for how to best deliver training for their organization needsRequirements:
