Negotiate to the government offices.Process the necessary permits at construction site/ newly acquire properties.Responsible for securing permits, clearance and licenses from various government offices relative to company's development projects.Liaise and prepares the documents to the government agencies.Collate and prepare the necessary documents required in applications for licenses, permits, certifications, etc.Ensure timely submission of status reports on title transfers and other transactions handled.Perform other tasks initiated by the management.
JOB QUALIFICATONS
Candidate must at least graduate of Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.Knowledgeable with all required permits/licenses.Must be flexible and willing to do field work.With at least 3 years of work experience in real estate companies performing liaison work with various government agencies.With good interpersonal and communication skills.
