Job Requirement:
· Graduate of Engineering:( Civil, Mechanical) , Architecture or any relevant course
· With license will have an advantage but not required· With knowledge about AutocAd designs and functions· Amenable to work on site an travel to any store in VisMIn area· Visit proposed site for the actual evaluation & measurement
· Prepares layout
· Supervises actual construction onsite based on drawing layout
· Process the billing of the contractor based on their work accomplishment
Repair and Maintenance Support:
· To evaluate job order sent by store
· To find contractor for the repair concern & get their quotation
· To process the approval of the quotation from contractor
· To award the Repair work to contractor & be implemented
· To oversee the quality of the said repair
To process billing upon completion
