Position Summary
The Management Associate is responsible for providing a key support function to the Office of the President/CEO in planning and execution of high-priority corporate and business strategies, programs, and initiatives.
Job Description
Responsible for helping the Team in monitoring the corporate strategic plan for Citicore Power Group and its subsidiaries.Responsible for the President/CEO's meetings are efficient & productive by prioritization of meeting agenda and conduct of pre & post meeting protocols; interface with executives & managers in tracking the progress of key action items and deliverables.Responsible for preparation of the President/CEO's Management Reports and Presentation Materials.Responsible for performing frequent and rigorous research on key business topics both internally and externally in support of business cases being developed.Qualifications
University Degree Level EducationFresh graduates are welcome (with a degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or Marketing)Also accepts with 1-2 years of experience in the field of Finance, HR, Processes, Project Management, Consulting, Business Development, and Risk ManagementHigh proficiency in Powerpoint and ExcelDemonstrate business acumen and ability to communicate effectively across various levels in the business
