Overview
At AvePoint, we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeful Sr. SEO Specialist to lead and execute our SEO program. This position is your opportunity to use various organic demand strategies to grow our business!
What will you be doing?
A huge part of this role is collaborating between multiple business units within the organization – product, digital, content, communications, and field marketing – and bring marketing intelligence to influence and grow our business. As a subject matter expert, you’ll be responsible for driving qualified traffic to our sites by implementing organic SEO best practices, educated, engage and ensure optimal conversions with best-in-class intent journeys. We are looking for a candidate with proven track record of scaling organic as a demand channel by implementing on-page, off-page and technical SEO, staying on top of trends, technology, algorithms, and journeys.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning, building, and managing SEO roadmap/programs to increase organic traffic to our web propertiesAccountable for performance reporting, health monitoring and KPIs with deep analysis for improvements and amplification.Work closely with cross function teams like field marketing, content, sales to execute integrated marketing strategies to help improve lead generations, demand, brand, conversion and cost per acquisition.Provide expertise and implementation guidance for technical SEO like Core Web Vitals, Micro-formats and moreCollaborate with content team to delivery impactful organic content strategies to help improve brand awareness, reach, intent journeys, sales pipelines and building better rankings on search engines.Applying growth hacking mentality by developing and tracking experiments to optimize for traffic and conversion.Perform ongoing Keyword research, on-page seo audit, discover new opportunities to expand keyword universe and update older content to stay up to date.Analysis of traffic patterns and identification of potential challenges or opportunitiesOK, I’m interested… is this the job for me?

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:
Degree in Marketing or related fieldAt least 5-7 years of experience in marketing and salesHands-on experience with search engine optimization, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building and basic technical aspects of searchUnderstanding of SEO, regularly using tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and staying current on latest changes in search engine algorithmsExcellent understanding of users’ buying behavior as it pertains to the web.Proven experience delivering organic traffic growth for digital media propertiesExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking toolStrong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skillsExcellent ability to collaborate cross-functionallyabout AvePoint
