Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related coursesAt least 5-7 years of relevant work experience is required for this position (preferably in the field of internal communications)Excellent oral and written communication skillsRESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Editorial Services
Plan, develop, and implement various internal communication programsIn charge of coming out with the quarterly newsletter. Develop news and feature articles on events and issues relating to the company, its people, and its productsMaximize use of corporate communication tools such as email blasts, etc.In charge of speech writingB. Provide communication and project management support to corporate projects and initiativesDevelop required communication materials to support the project/eventC. Stakeholder Management & Relations
Provide communications support in aligning a unified message to various stakeholders (all company facilities, government agencies, potential customers, industrial agencies/agencies and business partners)Handle concerns related to Customer Care
