Duties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and diagnose issues and problemsCategorize and record reported queries and provide solutionsSupport problem identificationAdvise users on appropriate course of actionMonitor issues from start to resolutionEscalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of supportProvide essential online security advice and supportManaging one or more customer service or service desk functions.Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.QualificationsAt least with 3 years of call center experience.in a helpdesk/ technical support accountStrong command of the English Language both spoken and written.Amenable in shifting schedules and in a permanent hybrid set-upUnderstands his / her key performance indicators.Understands the relationship of work quality and how it impacts efficiencyDedicated at work – no attendance issues with previous employersAbility to multi – task and work on holidays / Saturdays and Sundays.Consistent and stable tenure in previous employersAbility to work with other team membersStrong logic formulation or thought processAbility to work with a high level of accuracy and very keen to details
