Main Responsibilities
Content Curation
Define and present to Management Project core programs and services based on market data analysis of targeted community and business feasibility, which may include but are not limited to the following:egaming - esports, casual gamingPop Culture - music, fashion, animeEvent solutions - announcements, gamificationCreate a project management plan and roadmap for the execution and launch of ProjectDefine SLAs for the execution of programs, events and campaignsPartner with vendors for the execution of defined contentHelp define key elements of the overall go-to-market strategy including but not limited to building value propositions, developing branding / positioning strategies, target persona development, content creation strategies, target modeling, journey mapping, full funnel management, media optimization, creative testing, marketing automation, CRM & data strategies, and lead management strategiesPartner with creative resources and agencies to create, revise and version campaign and materials content to drive key business outcomesDevelop, manage, and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and keep them informed about campaign plans, results, and status of key initiativesSupport internal, competitive and industry researchPerform other assignments required by ManagementQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing (or similar field), or esports Management5+ years of experience with proven track record in content aggregation, program management, user experience design, marketing including direct experience working in house and managing an internal teamVIP program development in leisure, gaming, entertainment industries is preferredPrior experience in ESGS engagement is idealExpert skills in communications, media relations, writing, message development and market brandingDemonstrated ability to work with C-level executives inclusive of message development for top leaders and expertise in influencing and advising executives on Program’s strategiesWith existing relationships in business, technology, consumer and/or gaming media outlets and writersAbility to effectively manage high-pressure crisis situations, and work in situations of ambiguity to define a clear pathAbility to weave multiple communications programs into a cohesive storyWith a passion for the esports industryAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing high-return workOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with very strong organizational and management agility
