Oversees staff assignments and work with all staff members to verify that work is progressing and deadlines are being met.Supervises the desktop editor and oversees the progress/production of the entire paper.Coordinates the printing of the paper with the printing office.Assist staff members with writing articles.Review final drafts of copy, pictures, and artwork that have been submitted by staff members.Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.Ensures the successful implementation of all marketing campaigns and promotions.Forecasts goals and objectives for revenues and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.Human Resources Management
