Excellent English Communication Skills2 Years IT help desk support experienceWith at least one monitoring/RMM system experienceExperience with IT ticketing systemAccount administration experience in Active Directory, Exchange, O365 or G-SuiteAdvanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systemsPrior experience with MSP PSA such Autotask, ConnectWise Basic technical support at the network levelKnowledge of 3CX VOIP based PBX systems and concepts is an advantageProfessional IT Certifications, such as Microsoft MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP or ITIL Foundation is a plusBenefits:
