Summary of responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of dealerships and ensures that sales and opex target are met. Ensures operational efficiency of the dealership to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least three (3) years general experience as General Manager gained from automotive industry.
- Must possessed good leadership and people management skills
- Must have honed problem solving skills
- Must have excellent selling skills
- Must have a good strategic planning and execution skills.
- Graduate of any business or any related courses.
- Must be willing to work within Subic Area.
