PROCESS INSTALLMENT TRANSACTIONS: Assist customer in processing installment transactions & other card concerns• VERIFY AUTHENTICITY OF CREDIT CARDSVerify authenticity of presented credit cards by customers by checking its security features• COORDINATE WITH BANKSSecure approval for installment transactions by using the bank-provided EFT terminals or by calling the bank• REPLENISH FORMS & OTHER SUPPLIESCheck completeness of cashiering forms / documents & other supplies at the counter• ASSIST CUSTOMERS W/ LOST CREDIT CARDSAssist customers with lost credit card by calling the bank & allowing the customer to report his/her lost credit card• DISTRIBUTE LOOSE CHANGEProvide immediate response to requests for loose change in case CUC (Counter Utility Clerk) is on break Qualifications:• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College level in any business-related course• Knowledgeable in credit card transaction processes• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision• Computer literate• Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours• Willing to be assigned in The SM Store | Davao• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.• Full-time positions available
