Provides excellent customer service at all times.  QUALIFICATIONS·  POS Literate·  Attention to Detail·  Judgment Skills·  Stress Management Skills·  Customer Focus·  Technical Competence·  Team Player Ability·  Communication Skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEGraduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Business or any related Course.Preferably with experience in cash operations from a service-oriented Company FUNCTIONS AND RESPonSIBILITIESProvides excellent customer service at all times.Processes transaction based on the mode of payment by the customer.Acknowledges the customer for the exact payment and counts the amount of change while handling it to the customers’ palm.Informs and suggests ongoing promos/events. CASH OPERATIonSEnsures accuracy and authenticity of cash, checks, credit cards and gift checks.Operates the POS with sufficient knowledge in cash operations and company policies.Ensures accuracy of price of merchandise and forms of payment in the POS terminal.Ensures discounted items are punched-in properly based on the percentage discounts and promotions.Ensures completeness and safekeeping of documents used in transacting cash and charge transactions.Prepares reports on price discrepancy noted in the JDA system versus tag price promptly to SSA. CASH MANAGEMENTEnsures enough change funds in the assigned terminal.Ensures that cash collections are remitted to the Store Supervisor-Administration.Ensures accuracy of the Cost Remittance Slips regarding cost collection and daily sales.Ensures correct payments of customers either cash or other acceptable forms of payment.
