Providing customer satisfaction and experience Meeting and exceeding client-mandated KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) Participating in training to improve work performanceFollowing TaskUs’ policies and keeping information confidential

One year and above of Experience in Customer Experience is requiredBackground in Hospitality, Office Administration, and Events management is a plus!You should have exceptional Communication Skills—both in written and verbal. Ready to work on-site with our #PeopleFirst team.
