As a Brand Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our services resonate with our current or potential clients. You will be responsible for monitoring market trends and keeping an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace.
Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, digital-based sales, strong communication skills, and a consistent work ethic. Likewise, you must have a desire to be a part of a fast-growing and exciting company that delivers high-level services to Australian clients.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns and messaging.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies–competitive research, keyword research, etc.
• With at least 2 years’ experience in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads & linkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Must be able to communicate and extract information from people and then clearly articulate it (verbally or written) to people with different “levels of understanding.”
• Have a strong background in business development, and sales and marketing.
• Must have experience in dealing with Australian clients and has the ability to identify clients’ pain points.
• Possess a degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales and marketing research to identify new business and sales opportunities.
• Develop business models, and identify target markets, product positioning, business strategy, and business requirements.
• Create timely and excellent messaging that resonates with our clients or potential clients, highlighting our core skills and strengths.
• Conduct Business-to-Business lead generation and sales prospecting to generate revenue.
• Provide and utilize sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Conducts market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Creates and implements strategies to drive awareness, increase reach and engagement on various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple channels.
• Monitor performance of the campaigns after launch and calibrate business strategy based on client, sales, or marketing feedback.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Ensure that content and requirements required for all communication channels are followed and within the guidelines set forth by the department.
