The Marketing Officer (Crisis Management) shall support the Crisis Management Manager in monitoring and management of issues and risks concerning Project Smart City.
JOB DUTIES
Daily research and collection of data required for analysis of risks and issuesDaily monitor of media coverageDaily data gathering for the preparation of articles, reports and presentations for the project’s public relations campaignsDaily preparation and update of online campaign materialsWeekly management of library of reference materials for new and special projectsWeekly monitoring of project budget for crisis managementAs needed: Travel to field sites to collect and record data and/or samples as appropriate to the specific objectives of the projectDay to day flagging of monitored crises/issues to project owners.Create bi-weekly post crisis reports with complete information and actions takenWork with Crisis agency in creating compelling content for agnostic pagesEXPERIENCE & EDUCATIonAL REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any 4-years Marketing / Business, Communication Arts, or Computer Science related courseAt least 3-5 years of work experience as Marketing AnalystMinimum skills: In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, excellent writing, project management, and organizational skills, analytical and strategic thinking; advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365WORK LOCATION
Candidates must be willing to be deployed in the Head Office - MAAX Bldg., Pasay City.
