PROCESS TRANSACTIONS: Efficiently pack/bag customer purchases & check pertinent documents of the transaction· CHECK documentSCheck & ensure accurate documentation & compliance to security measures for all transactions· PACK/BAG PURCHASED ITEMSCheck quantity of items purchased & efficiently pack/bag the items following set standards & procedures· KEEP SALES documentSCheck completeness & ensure safekeeping of necessary materials / supplies / documents at the counter· RECORD ERRonEOUS TRANSACTIonSRecord all cancelled, voided & suspended transaction· TURN OVER SALES documentS AT END-OF-DAYSubmit all sales documents to the Checking Supervisor at the end of the day Shopping BagsCOUNTER OPERATIONS SUPPORT: Replenish shopping bags to ensure smooth transaction flow at the cashier counters· MonITOR SHOPPING BAGS & OTHER MATERIALSMonitor availability & ensure regular replenishment of shopping bags & other packaging materials in all counters· REPLENISH SHOPPING BAGS & OTHER SUPPLIESProvide additional shopping bags & other packaging materials at the cashier counters throughout the day· PREPARE SUPPLIES FOR REPLENISHMENTPrepare materials & supplies to ensure efficient & smooth replenishment at the counters during store operations· CLEAN THE STOCKROOMOrganize materials & supplies in their designated storage racks, arrange boxes & clean the stockroom of trash· SECURE SHOPPING BAGS & OTHER MATERIALSMonitor distribution of shopping bags & packaging materials; ensure that these materials are only provided at the cashier counters Qualifications:· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course· Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision· Computer literate· Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours· Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Bacoor· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Full-time positions available
